How the Codex reads you

Is this therapy? No. Worth Codex is a symbolic self-development reading and practice system. It can include hypnosis-informed inner work, but it is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
Will this tell me which chakra is blocked? It will identify the three active chakra patterns most relevant to your money/worth field, based on your 42 answers, birth architecture, numerology, and written context. The reading is symbolic and interpretive, not medical or deterministic.
How long does The Return take each day? Most days are designed to be short: a few minutes of inner work, body entrance, reflection, or one concrete money/worth action. Some deeper audio practices may take longer.
Can I do this if I am new to chakras or numerology? Yes. You do not need to know the system. The reading translates it for you.
What are the yoga-based practices? Simple body entrances: standing, grounding, gentle movement, voice or breath awareness, and short embodied prompts. This is not a yoga class and not a medical or therapeutic protocol.
